Terms, Service & Refund Policy

Effective Date: Jan o1 2026

By using the website and services of USA Identity Compliance Association (UICA), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Business Overview: UICA provides administrative and document processing support services, including application preparation, document review, translation coordination, and compliance assistance. UICA is an independent private service provider and is not a government agency, financial institution, or legal authority.

Service Workflow: Service begins only after payment has been received and cleared. After payment, an initial review begins immediately and may take up to 48 hours. Clients may be contacted if additional information is required.

Processing Time: United States orders are processed within 3–4 business days. International orders may take up to 7 business days. Special cases may require up to 14 business days.

Delivery: Some services are delivered electronically. If physical delivery is required, shipping times are approximately 5–7 business days within the United States and 5–10 business days internationally. Shipping times are estimates and may vary.

Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide accurate and complete information and valid documents. UICA is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete, incorrect, or false information.

Payment Terms: All services are charged in USD. Full payment may be required in advance. Clients are responsible for any bank, currency conversion, or payment processing fees.

Refund Policy: Because UICA provides customized administrative services, the following applies. If cancellation is requested before document preparation or processing begins, a refund may be issued minus a 19% non-refundable administrative fee. If processing or document preparation has begun, up to 50% of the payment may be refunded depending on the stage of completion. Once documents have been completed, delivered electronically, or shipped, all payments are final and non-refundable. Services are considered in progress once review or document preparation begins.

Chargebacks and Disputes: Clients agree to contact support@uica.us before filing any payment dispute. UICA maintains records of applications, policy acceptance, communications, and service activity, which may be provided to payment processors as evidence. Filing a chargeback without contacting UICA may result in service suspension or cancellation.

No Guarantee: UICA provides administrative assistance only and does not guarantee approval or acceptance by any government agency or third party.

Website Use: The website may use cookies and similar technologies to improve performance and security.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, UICA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to the use of its services.

Policy Updates: These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of the updated terms. Contact: USA Identity Compliance Association (UICA) – https://uica.ussupport@uica.us
